Submit Evidence of Insurance
To comply with loan requirements, it is required that you have insurance coverage. We must have current evidence of property insurance on all properties we financed at all times. Depending on the requirements specified in your loan authorization, you may also be required to have life, flood, equipment, liability, or workers’ comp insurance. Capital Access Group and the SBA must be named as a 2 nd Mortgagee and/or Loss Payee as follows:

Please have your agent submit any changes or renewals via the methods listed below. If we do not receive updated certificates of insurance from your agent, we will contact you to request a copy.
